The Junior Tide Rugby program is represented by athletes from Southern Vancouver Island selected to compete in the 15s Provincial Regional League and the Vancouver Sevens Invitational tournament. The programs features the best age grade rugby athletes from Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the BC Interior. Junior Tide Rugby also represents U19 athletes c  hosen to compete in the Dunbar Keg competition for selection to the BC Rugby U20 program.
