Junior Tide Rugby
The Junior Tide Rugby program is represented by athletes from Southern Vancouver Island selected to compete in the 15s and 7s Provincial Regional Championships (PRC). The PRC tournament features the best age grade rugby athletes from Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the BC Interior. Junior Tide Rugby also represents U19 athletes chosen to compete in the Dunbar Keg competition for selection to the BC Rugby U20 program.

- U17 boys (2006-07)

- U18 boys & girls teams (2005-06)
- U16 boys & girls teams(2007-08)
- U14 boys & girls teams (2009-10)
