JUNIOR PROGRAM U13 – 15 ($210 + GST)

The Junior program is designed to provide an opportunity for younger athletes to be exposed to beginner lifting techniques required for rugby players, as well as some rugby skills and enjoyment. Establishing a solid foundation of movement is one of the key factors for setting up young athletes for success in their careers, and this program will strive to do just that. With an emphasis on fun and engagement, this program is suitable for athletes of varying abilities and experience.

  • 6 weeks of 1x sessions per week
  • Basic weight lifting & movement skill education
  • Rugby skills & games
  • Nutrition & Recovery 101

SENIOR PROGRAM U16-18 ($380 + GST)

The Senior program is designed with performance and results in mind. Over the course of 6 weeks, athletes will experience training sessions that will help them prepare for high performance training environments. In addition to this, they will be provided with a training program for an extra 2 sessions per week, enabling them to achieve the greatest return on their investment. This program is all about empowering these young athletes to take charge of their training and transfer the skills learned in the program to help elevate themselves, their peers and teams as a whole.

  • 6 week training program designed for 3 sessions per week (1x Forge, 2x On Own)
  • Performance Nutrition Package
  • Training Recovery Package
