Junior Tide Rugby programs are represented by male and female athletes from Southern Vancouver Island selected to compete in provincial championships.

Junior Tide Rugby PRC program is represented by male and female athletes from Southern Vancouver Island selected to compete in the U18, U16 and U14 Provincial Regional Championships (PRC). The PRC tournament features the best age grade rugby athletes from Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the BC Interior competing at UBC. The tournament takes place early July and forms part of the selection process for BC Rugby.
