Junior Tide Rugby PRC 15s program is represented by male and female athletes from Southern Vancouver Island selected to compete in the U18 (2006 and 2007), U16 (2008 and 2009) and U14 (2010 and 2011) Provincial Regional Championships (PRC). The PRC tournament features the best age grade rugby athletes from Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the BC Interior competing at UBC. The tournament takes place July 5th to 7th and forms part of the selection process for BC Rugby.

For 2024, Junior Tide Rugby Teams are as follows with birth years:

• U18 boys team (2006 and 2007)
• U18 girls team (2006 and 2007)
• U16 boys team (2008 and 2009)
• U16 girls team (2008 and 2009)
• U14 boys team (2010 and 2011)
• U14 girls team (2010 and 2011)
