Junior Tide Rugby PRL 15s program is represented by male and female athletes from Southern Vancouver Island selected to compete in the U19 (2006 and 2007), U17 (2008 and 2009) and U15 (2010 and 2011) Provincial Regional League (PRL). The PRL tournament or Summer Series features the best age grade rugby athletes from all of Vancouver Island. The tournament takes place June 8th, 15th and 22nd and forms part of the selection process for the CRIMSON TIDE which will participate in the new revamped BC Rugby PRC’s taking place at Shawnigan Lake School July 5th and 6th. From the PRC tournament U17 and U19 BC Bears teams will be selected.

For 2025, Junior Tide Rugby Teams are as follows with birth years:

• U19 boys and girls (2006 and 2007)
• U17 boys and girls (2008 and 2009)
• 15 boys and girls (2010 and 2011)
